Using the latest principles of neuroscience; this short, sharp, succinct workshop is for advisers who wish to take their performance to a new level, incorporating and engaging emotional and behavioural understanding in their work for greater success, with clients and in their own performance. This workshop also provides solid strategies and practical tools to help Advisers apply these principles in daily practices.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Know Yourself. Know Your Client. workshop, attendees will be able to:

  1. Understand the role of the brain and how it impacts and influences behaviour while dealing with clients and when making investment decisions;
  2. Learn about how people are ‘wired’ and to be “re-wired”
  3. Explain why certain stimuli will sway you to strive for successes whilst others distract and detract;
  4. Learn and identify strategies that maximise and make best use of your strengths when dealing with clients and when making investment decisions
